FAIR BILLING FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS, HOAs, AND COMPANIES

Billing via the Wattee app

Users control charging stations directly through the Wattee app.
Each user can view individual charging sessions and a clear monthly summary of charged kWh.
The administrator (e.g. HOA or property manager) has access to an overview of total charged kWh per user for each month.
Billing can be handled monthly or included in annual settlement reports (advance payments supported).
Service fee: CZK 49 per charging point.

SMART FUEL PASS BILLING

The administrator (HOA or company) sets the price per kWh that users pay for charging. This price includes all electricity costs and related fees.
A single shared electricity meter is used for EV charging.
Users top up credit in their Smart Fuel Pass (SFP) account, and charging costs are automatically deducted for each session.
All payments are transferred directly to the HOA’s or company’s account.
Service fee: 9% per transaction.
